Women to Women (W2W) is a unique new advocacy organization rising out of the local Deleware Valley music community that will be organizing live music events featuring women from all walks of life taking to the stage to raise consciousness and funding to aid women in need. The fundraising efforts will include a $10 Admission, basket raffles, a 50/50 and includes door prizes and giveaways.

Acting as music coordinator and band leader for the event will be Mark Evans, former lead singer of Columbia recording artists Heaven’s Edge who has put together full bands of prominent local musicians to back up the line up of the 12 All Female Performers.  Event Performers will include local artists like  Sandy Hall of Kick it Out and gospel/jazz favorite Keli Vale, and Susan Lake of the Rockets, as well as Chrissy Hartline of Sordid Past.

Founder Jeanne Mannix Evans chose Breast Cancer Awareness as the theme of this W2W Event because of the women in her life who are battling Breast Cancer and who have recently lost that battle, namely her Sister in Law, Gina Evans. Net Proceeds will benefit the Amercian Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.  This W2W events #1 Goal is raising awareness through outreach events, so Breast Cancer Awareness literature will be readily available to all attendees.
