She had a radio show at Centenary College in New Jersey, her first job at WSAN in Allentown, and eventually landed at her dream station, WMMR from 1983-1996. One of her favorite perks of the job is getting to interview the artists. Made In America concert event is now a film documentary

While Philladelphia is hosting the second Budweiser Made In America Festival along the Ben Franklin Parkway Saturday and Sunday of this Labor Day weekend, let's take a look at the trailer from the documentary Ron Howard filmed here at last year's MIA. I like the way it starts - "What's up PHIL-AH_DEL_PHEE-AH" from one of the acts on stage.

Curator of the concert, Jay Z says "I believe every human being has genius level talent." He headlined the first along with Pearl Jam. This year's show features his wife Beyonce and Nine Inch Nails. Some 40-50 other acts play two day festival.

The documentary "Made In America" airs on Showtime October 11 and debuts worldwide this week at the Toronto Film Festival.
