Yet another lawsuit has been filed in the fallout from the train accident the occurred during the filming of the Gregg Allman biopic Midnight Rider.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, makeup artist Antonyia Verna has filed suit against Allman and various film producers and staff citing "serious physical injuries, medical and other necessary expenses, post-traumatic stress, mental anguish, lost income, and mental and physical pain and suffering."

This new complaint is bringing more details public regarding many safety issues, including how producers did not have permission to film on a railroad bridge, even though the cast and public were told otherwise.

This is now the third lawsuit filed since the February 20th train accident that killed camera assistant Sarah Jones while filming Midnight Rider.
