Jimmy Page Giving Commencement Speech To Berklee College of Music Grads

LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 12: Jimmy Page attends the UK Premiere of 'Led Zeppelin: Celebration Day' at Hammersmith Apollo on October 12, 2012 in London, England.
Already set to be receiving an honorary doctorate from the prestigious music school, Jimmy Page will now also serve as the commencement speaker for Boston’s Berklee College of Music graduation ceremony on May 9th.

When Page was announced as one of Berklee’s honorary doctorate recipients in March, it was unsure whether or not he’d even attend the ceremony.  Now with him speaking before the school’s graduates and their guests, many are wondering if Page will attend and perform at the traditional student concert the night before commencement.

According to The Boston Globe, the student concert, where graduates pay tribute to those receiving honorary degrees, featured Annie Lennox and Willie Nelson last year, who were part of the 2013 honorary class.

Regardless of whether he performs with the students or not, how amazing would it be if Jimmy Page were your commencement speaker?  I’m already insanely jealous!
