One of the live tracks from the new Led Zeppelin remasters is now streaming , and if all of the extra audio is as solid as “Good Times Bad Times/Communication Breakdown” as heard above, then fans are in for a real treat.
An exclusive to RollingStone.com, this live recording of “Good Times Bad Times/Communication Breakdown” is part of a previously unreleased 1969 concert from L’Olympia in Paris, which will make up the “companion disc” to the re-release of Led Zeppelin.
As previously reported, Zeppelin is giving their entire catalog the ol’ remaster treatment and re-releasing each album in different deluxe formats with a whole lotta extras, starting with Led Zeppelin I, II and III, on June 3.
One of the biggest extras with each re-release is aforementioned “companion disc”, which will contain previously unreleased studio and live audio from the Zeppelin archives.
To pre-order the new remasters or to read up on all the different album formats (there’s five, BTW), go to LedZeppelin.com.
