Peter Wolf Hits The Road

Peter Wolf refuses to call it “Lights Out” after his summer long tour with the J.Geils Band.

And for those of you who missed it, don’t worry!

Having just got off the road, Peter Wolf still isn’t satisfied and has announced that he will be hitting the road solo, this Autumn.

To accompany him, Wolf has assembled some of New England’s greatest jazz, rock and blues musicians to perform material off of his solo albums and even some of the Geils fan favorites.

Wolf will also be weaving in some story telling during his performance. In between tunes the singer will tell tales to the audience of his time spent as one of rock ‘n’ roll’s greatest frontmen. These tales range from his time working with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards to his “wild nights” in Cambridge with Van Morrison and more.

Wolf hasn’t lost an ounce of talent either, his latest album Midnight Souvenirs, made its way onto Rolling Stones “30 Best Albums of 2010” list, who claimed that “nothing can kill Wolf's charm, musicality and youthfulness.”

This is a “can’t miss” opportunity for fans of Peter, The J. Geils Band, or just good ol’ fashioned classic rock.  Here are the dates/locations that have been released so far:
