APRIL WAS NATIONAL AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH!

1 in 150. That's the current ratio for Autism diagnoses. And it's very possible that it's even higher. What is the cause? Is there a cure? These are often debated questions but for those parents (like me!) dealing with Autism, Aspergers, PDD-NOS, NLD and a host of other aspects of the Autistic Spectrum, we need help dealing with the day to day and the future. Autism is 24/7 and 365 days a year.  I have lots of links to sites and info to help inform at my GIVE A LITTLE BIT page (and I keep it up year round!)

Thanks to Pa. Speaker of the House Dennis O'Brien and to all our State Legislature for their diligence in passing HB #1150  ensuring insurance coverage for Autism in Pa. A groundbreaking event! And kudos to the groundswell of support from parents and groups throughout the state as well. You CAN make a difference in government!
