The staff at MGK would like to thank 
all of the bands that entered the 2008 MGK House Band competition.
We're currently reviewing all of the submissions.
We'll annoucne our 15 finalists on Friday July 18.  

The 15 finalists will face off against each other in 
a series of battles of the bands.  
The eventual winner will become 
our offical MGK House Band for the next 12 months.

As House Band they'll...

.

1.  Play the 2009 Let Freedom Rock Fest 
2.  Play additional MGK parties and events
3. Receive 2 free days of recording time 
at Fifth Stone Studios
4. Receive $3,000 worth of new equipment



 This year there will be 5 semi-final events.  
3 of the 15 finalists will play each event.
The semi-final events will take place from 7/24-8/21.  
The 2008 MGK House Band Finals will take place on 8/28
at Cavanaugh's River Deck on 417 N. Columbus Blvd in Philadelphia.
