Neil Young is making a film (and a statement) about the conversion of a vintage 1959 Lincoln Continental Mk IV, to an electric vehicle, as part of the government's quest to find auto technology that can get 100mpg. If this two and a half ton behemouth from the past can be converted, what else can be done???
